We set up the computer in front of our pushed-together beds, popped some popcorn, reheated last-nights homemade Oreo pizookies, and watched Kirsten Dunst portray a gorgeous, fun-loving and totally foolish Marie Antoinette.
Rachel is planning on a Psychology Major and a Sociology Minor. Growing up, she was an avid reader and a theatre kid. This means that she has an incredible talent at psychoanalyzing films, so after any movie we are guaranteed a brilliantly fun discussion of hidden plot lines, motifs and cinematographic choices. Though the movie ended at 11:30, our roommates came home and we stayed up another 2 hours talking about centuries of European royal drama and even the Pompeii tragedy.
