Thanksgiving Break 2010

A few weeks ago we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving.  Mom's best friend from high school, Catherine, and her family came to visit.  I went with some of them to the Turkey Trot and ran two miles, which, although not much, felt good.  The moms spent the whole day cooking, and we finally had dinner at four with our cousins.
What a neat holiday we celebrate we celebrate!  I am so grateful for everything!
Then the day after they left we packed up and went to Disneyland for a day!  All of our tickets were free except for Sophie's, which was $68.  Last year we did the "Give a Day Get a Day," with a book drive (which also worked as a 10-hour project!).  The trip was also so fun!  The only negative part was that even two  days of absence at school is a whole lot to make up for.
Here we were at the Temple, the first night the lights were turned on.  For some reason Sarah thought it was hilarious to fake a scowl in every picture.
