Dallin and I are THIRTY! In honor of hitting this milestone, we threw a big "RIP Twenties" party.  Our friends came dressed in black to "mourn" the end of one decade and celebrate the start of another.

 I made a double fudge cake with raspberry filling and black frosting made with black Dutch-processed cocoa (shoutout Liv for the cake-making tips!). Along with dark chocolate sweets and a charcuterie setup, we served black squid-ink fettuccine noodles with choice or Alfredo or pumpkin butternut squash sauce. For drinks we had a cherry pomegranate punch and cans of Liquid Death in a tub of skull-shaped ice.

We played a game of Left-Right-Center, we ending up lasting a long time with so many people. However, the winner walked away with $75! We also played a Dallin and Katie 20s trivia game with questions about when we got married, where we went to college, etc. and the two winners (my brother and Dallin's basically-sister Jerrae) won gift cards.
