Celebration of Life - My Grandma Lundgreen

My grandmother Marilyn Lundgreen passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 93.  She had assured us ever since my grandfather passed away in 2018 that she was ready to move on to the next life, so though we will miss her, we know that she looked forward to joining her spouse in heaven.

At the funeral, my Uncle Steve spoke, sharing many stories from her life. Grandma was born on the front lawn of her parents' home in Salt Lake City the year after the Stock Market Crash. She graduated with a business degree from the University of Utah at a very young age and spent several years as a high-end flight attendant back in the days when flying was glamorous. After marrying my grandfather Burns, she proudly stayed at home to raise her four children.  By the time of her death, she had 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, plus another on the way.

Grandma Lundgreen was genuinely the most positive person I have ever met.  Her perspective on life was something we can all learn from.  I love her very much!
