The trip back to AZ was way too quick, but we enjoyed drives in Adam's Camero, the Incredibles with Eric, meeting cousin Court's fiancé, shopping with the gals and MANY a restaurant. Paige gave a wonderful homecoming. Along with this, I enjoyed some deep talks with both of my parents, who never fail to be so so understanding.
Unfortunately, Adam spent most of the time in California... but he'll be joining us in Provo in a short few months!
Following our stay, Dad joined us for the drive back. He had some business to do in one of the towns near Nevada, so with 4 hours to kill, Rach and I meandered around two pet stores to gaze at glowfish and hamsters, poked fun at the sexy romance novels at Walmart, made some Marshalls purchases, and looked at cakes on Pinterest. Dad only stayed for a day-and-a-half, but in that time we stayed at Uncle Steve's and also heard stories about our nineteenth-century ancestors from sweet 90-year-old great Aunt Virginia.
