We were all fighting to contain our laughter as seven-year-old Eric stood at the pew for testimony meeting. The little man, only thirty-eight pounds, with his newly-lost tooth, his buzz-cutted blonde hair, and his nice button-up shirt perfectly matching his big blue eyes, so stickin' adorable. He had been really wanting to go up, but hesitated, and kept getting up and sitting back down as he contemplated the right moment. When he finally went up, he disappeared completely behind the pulpit! Poor little buddy! He definitely needed some adjustments before he spoke.
But that's OK. He's like me, and besides, his size will only make his apparent acting skill twice as amazing. And one day he'll be 5'7" ("Wow! Just as tall as Uncle Steve!!")
